Working hours are Mon-Thur, 11am - 5pm Singapore Standard Time (GMT+8), excluding Public Holidays.
Orders made after working hours will be processed the following working day.


All products listed on this site are in Singapore Dollars.


PRE-/ MADE-TO-ORDER FINE ART PRINTS

Please allow 7 to 20 days from cut-off date or order confirmation before delivery of artwork, during which we will:

  1. Send the prints for production
  2. Receive the prints from our supplier
  3. Check the prints for quality assurance and authenticate the print by individually numbering, signing and embossing the print
  4. Pack the print for postage.

All prints are protected with smudge-free glassine paper and rolled in a mailing tube.


PRE-/ MADE-TO-ORDER SCULPTS

Please allow up to 20 days from cut-off date or order confirmation before delivery of artwork, during which the artist will:

  1. Produce the sculpt through resin casting. As this is a tricky process (depending on the complexity of the sculpt), additional time may be required to get a proper cast that passes the artist's quality assurance standard. Inclusive of sanding, painting and finishing.
  2. Authenticate the sculpt.
  3. Pack the sculpt for postage.

All sculpts are protected with bubble wrap (and packing peanuts if necessary) and packed in a mailing box/ padded envelope, depending on size of the sculpt.


ORIGINAL CANVAS PIECES

Canvas pieces will be un-stretched from the frame and rolled with bubble wrap before packing into a mailing tube for delivery.
