Delivery Info

Shipping costs are calculated based on handling, postal materials and the delivery provider.

Please note that strictly no refunds will be issued due to uncollected package(s) and/ or for the provision of wrong shipping information, so please make sure all information provided to us is correct before confirming your order. If the package(s) is/ are uncollected and returned to us, you will be subject to an additional shipping fee to redeliver the order.

SINGAPORE ORDERS: DELIVERY TIMELINE

1. Order made through site
   Thank you! A confirmation email will be sent to you after check out.
   
   
2. Processing of Order
   Excluding Public Holidays, working hours are Mon-Thur, 11am - 5pm Singapore Standard Time (GMT+8).
   Orders made after working hours will be processed the following working day.
   
   
3. Production of Artwork
   - Pre-/ Made-to-Order Items: Up to 20 days to receive the product from the supplier and for the artist to authenticate the artwork.
   - Ready Stock Items: 1-2 days
   
   
4. Delivery
   All local orders will be fulfilled by courier, LALAMOVE.
   You will be contacted the following working day via Whatsapp/ email on your availability to receive your order at the given address at checkout.

   All international orders are shipped out of Singapore, handled by DHL.
   Your tracking number will be sent by DHL via email or sms to your contact information provided to us.
   Depending on your location, please note that it will take 7-14 days for your order to be dispatched out of Singapore to your designated country, and an additional duration (if any) for your local postal service to deliver it to your given address.
   
   * Please note that you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
